In August of 2010, St. Paul launched a fundraising campaign to both repair its beautiful, 100-year old sanctuary and serve the greater Atlanta community. In addition to capital funds raised, the Covenant Capital Campaign is creating a dedicated mission fund called “The Good Neighbor Fund” to insure individuals and families have a safe, habitable living space. Each dollar raised will be split 50-50 between these two funds.

Church leaders have estimated that immediate repairs needed to the sanctuary will be nearly $350,000, so the goal for The Good Neighbor Fund is also $350,000.  The total goal for the Covenant Capital Campaign is $700,000. To date, nearly 10 neighbors have been helped with house projects and a handful of the church’s critical repairs have been completed.

To make a donation to the St. Paul Covenant Capital Campaign, please make the check payable to St. Paul United Methodist Church and put in the memo section of the check the words “Covenant Capital Campaign.” All donations are tax-deductible. Checks may be mailed in or dropped off at 501 Grant Street, Atlanta, GA 30312
