New Sunday School Class!
A new class for 6th grade students is starting at 10am this Sunday in the conference room off of the church office. Come check it out!

The Grant Park Fall Tour of Homes is September 25th.
Please note the following activities St. Paul will be sponsoring in connection with that event:

St. Paul Yard Sale!
Saturday Sept. 25, 7am-4pm.
Start collecting your stuff to donate.
Donation drop-off dates/ times: Wednesday 9/22: 4:00 pm -8:00 pm; Thursday 9/23: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm; and Friday 9/24: 8:30 am - 1:30 pm. All donations should be brought to St. Paul UMC youth room. Volunteers, Please contact Angela Russell (angelaandbryan(AT)bellsouth.net or 404-925-8159).
1st Annual St. Paul UMC Fish Fry
will be held Saturday, September 25th, from 5:30-8pm at the church. 8/adults; $5 children under 12.
Proceeds to benefit the church and its programs.

Worship In the Park
will be celebrated Sunday, September 26th, in cooperation with Park Avenue Baptist Church and possibly others.
As usual, many volunteers will be needed to make light work of that big project. Watch for details.

Youth News!

The Youth Group (UMYF) meets on Wednesday from 6:30 to 8 pm throughout the school year for discussion, fellowship and Bible Study. UMYF is open to all youth grades 6 through 12.

We are starting new ongoing Sunday School class for 6th graders - Sunday, 10am in the conference room off of the church office.

Fish Fry!

Grant Park will be a busy place on Saturday, September 25th.  The Grant Park Tour of Homes will draw hundreds of people to our neighborhood.  The welcome mat will be out everywhere…including St. Paul UMC.
St. Paul announces the First Annual St. Paul Fish Fry.  We are pulling out tried and true recipes for a delicious old fashion fish fry.  From flakey fried fish, to savory cole slaw and scrumptious dessert.   

We invite all our neighbors, friends and visitors to come by, relax after the tour and enjoy our hospitality.  Bring the kids. Bring your appetite.  Entertainment by our amazing choir.    

Adults-$8, children under 12-$5.  Call 404-688-7501 for advanced tickets. All proceeds benefit the programs of St. Paul United Methodist Church. 501 Grant Street at the intersection of Sydney Street.
