• Our Comfort Ministry cares for our church and community members in times of need, both short term and in extended crises, by bringing meals, arranging babysitting, visiting with old or infirm, and otherwise being an advocate for those who could use a helping hand. Our care givers are specially trained to assist with the logistical needs of a family in crisis, as well as their psychological needs.
  • Examples of situations:

  • Our Hospitality Ministry welcomes new members, introduces them to various ways to learn and grow within the church, and fosters stronger relationships among current members. We provide information about the history of the church, different groups within the church, and St. Paul’s role in the surrounding community. Our “FEASTS” help build connections between existing (and new) members and we host gatherings like First Sunday Lunches and Wednesday Night Suppers (yes, the “M” in UMC stands for “meal”).

  • This includes a special children’s time during the service. Also on the first Sunday of each month, we have Children’s Church for children age 3 through 2nd grade when we have a dedicated team who teach the principles of worship and the church year.
  • St. Paul offers Disciple Bible Study. This intensive 34 week journey through the Bible will challenge you to grow closer to God through delving into the scripture in new ways.
